Balance those magnificent meals, decadent desserts, and fine wines with some calorie-burning workouts, custom-built just for you! Your experienced and English-speaking trainer, Michael, will devise a training program that mixes cardio, strength training, and stretching an optimal blend that will help you stay in shape and maximize your relaxation while on holiday in the French Riviera.

He recommends quick, high-intensity sessions (45 minutes to one hour) so you can get back to exploring the beauty and culture of the region!

With a Master’s degree in Sports Coaching Sciences and Techniques from the Université Nice Sophia Antipolis, Michael provides experienced, expert guidance for your fitness plan. After your initial session and evaluation, he will design a training program to fit your vacation schedule and timeline (he recommends two to five sessions per week)—either with or without him, depending on your preference. Activities include cardio boxing, high-intensity training (a mix of cardio and strength training), stretching, and Soul Cycle sessions (by request).

After teaching and taking classes in the United Kingdom and Sweden, Michael has cultivated an international perspective to his training. He recognizes that everyone has unique health needs and fitness goals; he takes pride in adapting his techniques to people from all cultures, and with a variety of backgrounds and different levels of experience.
